Background
Over the past six years, the Inclusive STEM Confluence has brought together passionate students, professionals (with and without disabilities), corporates, and academic institutions. The event has featured hands-on activities, workshops, and career fairs that foster collaboration, inclusivity, and learning.
Through these efforts, we’ve sensitized professionals, changed company mindsets on disability inclusion, and empowered participants with disabilities with skills, mentorship, and employment opportunities. These initiatives have resulted in year-round engagements such as technical training, recruitment, and mentorship programs.
Our past events have seen over 1,000 participants, including students without disabilities from leading universities and professionals from top companies. These events have driven collaboration between universities, corporates, and students, fostering a community committed to accessibility and inclusion.

With the success of past editions, we are excited to present the Inclusive STEM Confluence 2024-25. This year's event will focus on inclusive hiring and inclusive innovation while introducing new components to make it even more impactful.

Close-Door Roundtable Discussions
Exclusive sessions for corporate partners, nonprofit leaders, and academic institutions to discuss inclusive hiring practices and university and candidate experiences.
Speed Mentoring
Participants with disabilities will have the chance to engage in focused mentoring sessions with industry leaders for personalized career guidance.
Hands-On Inclusive Design Workshop / Mini Hackathon
Collaborate on real-world challenges in an inclusive environment, promoting innovation and accessibility while developing empathy among participants.
